Study or Read at the CPL
The library has 6 individual study rooms available on a first come first served basis for time slots during our regular business hours. The library also has numerous comfortable chairs near our windows and large tables through out the building for studying purposes. Each study area also has nearby outlets for laptop computers or other portable devices. There is a coffee shop on site to satisfy food and beverage needs. The Library Hearth area also offers the warmth of the library's fireplace, as well as comfortable chairs and outlets for reading or studying. The library also has free wireless Internet access throughout the building for our patrons.
Reference
The Coralville Public Library Reference Services provides full reference assistance, including in person, over the phone and via email. Also available are several reference databases; most databases can be used remotely from your home if you sign in with your library barcode number.
The Reference Services staff also handle the scheduling of the library's public meeting room space. If you are interested in reserving a room for your organization or non-profit, please contact them via email at: reference@coralville.lib.ia.us or via phone at 319-248-1850.
