Join us on February 1, 2024, to celebrate the annual World Hijab Day. We invite everyone to attend to learn more about the most controversial pieces of clothing on this earth “the Hijab”.
This event is organized by Coralville Public Library and Mariam Girl’s Club to bring awareness, to foster personal freedom of religious expressions, and to dismantle bigotry, discrimination, and prejudice against Muslim women and girls wearing the hijab.
Your participation and support is a kind gesture of unity and solidarity in the fight against systemic anti-Muslim bigotry! The only way we can achieve this is by working together.
