Coralville 150th Anniversary Cookbook Entry Deadline

Food brings people together and makes our community stronger. What better way to celebrate the diversity in our city than a community cookbook, especially to commemorate the 150th celebration of Coralville’s Rich History and Bright Future!

Help the Coralville Public Library in partnership with the Coralville Community Food Pantry create a one-of-a-kind community cookbook by submitting a recipe and story for Coralville’s 150th Anniversary Cookbook. Recipes must be submitted by August 31, 2023.

How to enter a recipe:

• Submit a recipe and story online, or
• Get a paper application at the Coralville Public Library or at the Coralville Community Food Pantry

Cookbooks will be available to buy in October 2023. Recipe contributors can purchase a copy of the cookbook for $5. Cookbooks will be for sale for $20 after publication.
