This evenings Community Writing Center has been canceled.

Get one-on-one help with your writing from Kirkwood Community College writing faculty at the Community Writing Center. Resumes, applications, op-eds, reports, essays, legal documents, creative writing of all types— all writing is welcome!

Writing faculty will be in Study Room 6 on Tuesdays from 4:00-6:00.  Walk-in 20 minute appointments are first come, first served. This event is free and open to the public.

The Johnson County Community Writing Center is a collaboration between the UI Writing Center, the Writing Center at Kirkwood Community College and the Iowa City and Coralville Public Libraries. It is funded by a grant from the Community Foundation of Johnson County, with additional support from UI Department of Rhetoric and Kirkwood Community College.
