Celebrate National Library Week April 9-15th!  This year’s theme is “Libraries Transform,” and the Coralville Public Library would love to hear how CPL has transformed your life.  Our Annie Gill Memorial Craft table will be stocked with “Because” sheets where we invite you to tell us some of the reasons libraries are important in your life and in your community. Coralville Public Library will be offering fine amnesty on overdue materials and free replacement library cards during National Library Week.

Public libraries are essential in a democratic society, serving people of all socio-economic , ethnic, and cultural backgrounds as well as all ages, genders, and orientations.  We feel strongly about intellectual freedom and preserving the privacy of those who use library materials. We invite you to join our thriving community and let the library transform your life.
