Galstad gave Director's Report:
-Outreach has been included in the Meeting Room Statistics, and the report is now named “Programming Stats.” There was a question about the adult outreach numbers – are they people served or circulation.  Other statistics are people served.
-The AV upgrade is scheduled for two weeks starting on February 20th.  All of the ceiling tile in Schwab will be replaced, some painting will be done, and chair rails will be installed on the walls in Schwab.
-ILA conference planning has begun – the full committee will meet on February 10th at the Marriott.
-Galstad passed out a volunteer sheet for Putt Fore the Library.

Moen commented on how happy she was to see the display on religious tolerance.  Galstad reported that the MLK event was very well received and we will do it again next year!

The next meeting is scheduled to be March 1st.  Both Galstad and Moen will be gone; Galstad will poll the Board about that date.

The meeting was adjourned at 6:18.

Respectfully submitted,
